.....Dear Donald, Big THANKS for my Minkies' poster. I will buy a frame tomorrow (my husband and I are dropping buy at Marina Mall - our 'first day of the month shopping' spree) to preserve it. I never have one autographed poster in my life, so this first is very special to me. I will show it to my first baby early next year since he's due to arrive last week of February..

I must say that I really do love the minkies, am already looking forward to owning a t-shirt or jacket with the minkies on it. Hello!!

The Concept of these creatures, ie the minkies, as a logo is an outstanding idea, as a vehicle to bring consciousness of our role in keeping the balance of ecology as we go about daily lives. It is an image that is so endearing close to every responsible person. I was taken aback of the realism of these images, its almost like the portrayal of them as one of us, which is so true. As for now, for both, them and us, the issues have become common about the survial of this little blue planet which belongs to all of us.

I think the newer generation is much more conscious of these issues, for they are facing real problems of air polution, degradation of land, the abnormal weather changes and these realities of change are genuine concern to their intelligent and alert minds.

I think such a logo, which evokes in people a concern. A sence of sharing and feeling will go a long way in attracting people for they will have a sense of participation in the conservation of the planet while they shop arround.

I congratulate you Mr. Noss jr. for coming up with splendid idea for involving people, rather than making them un-thinking zombies when they need to buy a product. You bring activism to a new level, blending with the commercial realities of the global ecconomy.

.....Besides them, 4 colleagures of mine: Miss Wang-going to be a PhD of Plant Phytopathology, Mrs. Li-Master in Horticulture, Mrs. Shi and Lin would love to own the Clever Minkies a lot. Would you please mail me 4 or 5 pics of it ( the Director of our Institute likes it too) again? How about with the catalog or what of all the Minikes products, then I could show them. Is it okay? Any needed charge just tell me. We are thinking about sending you something from our Institute.....

.....i loved the picture of your mascot the orangutangs looked adorable , my mother loved the Minkies picture so much she made me print it off so she could frame it. we are avid members of P.E.T.A and B.U.A.V and the dolphin and whale consevation society. We were honored to receive Minkie T-shirts and certificates. We loved them so much that we shared them with our church at our annual meeting and luncheon. Everyone loved them. I also run a food pantry and wore one of the T-shirts to my monthly volunteer meeting and the 60+ people there want to know where I got it. They thought the Minkies were adorable.
